Nick was so helpful from the initial meeting with him to the fitting. His workmanship is superb and the quality and fit of the shutters in the bays is fantastic. I chose KD Shutters when Nick returned for a second survey after I had some questions before signing up. Nick was the installer and main contact person (a rarity in this trade), so he was able to give me detailed technical responses to my follow up questions before I made the commitment for Cafe style louvered shutters. In my experience, this is a personal service you don't get from the larger competitors
